Tunable Optical Parametric Amplification in Chalcogenide Slot Waveguide

摘要

We propose a tunable optical parametric amplification in an As_2S_3 slot waveguide with four zero-dispersion wavelengths and numerical investigation shows the temperature dependent parametric gain with a tunability range from 1700 to 4500 nm.
