Modern demands in the automobile world is efficiency which a lot of modern engines lack. It is believed that an engine can be either fast or efficient but this statement can be contradicted after invention of a machine called TURBO CHARGER. A turbo charger is basically a device that improves efficiency of an engine by supplying compressed air into cylind.er by use of a turbine that rotates with the help of exhaust gases sent out by the exhaust port of the cylinder. Now the issues that arises here is building of excessive pressure in an engine block because of turbo charger. This analysis will help to increase the overall volumetric efficiency of the turbo charger. It will help to reduce the overall back pressure. Selection of the turbocharger would be more accurate. CFD analysis will help us in enhancing the life of the engine. We have also proposed an efficient design of the compressor wheel of the turbocharger to enhance the overall efficiency of the system. This analysis will help to increase the overall volumetric efficiency of the turbo charger. It will help to reduce the overall back pressure. Selection of the turbocharger would be more accurate. Previously the techniques used were very primitive. We have also self-calculated the values of the compressor wheel and turbine wheel to have an efficient design parameter.
