Organizational and Methodological Conditions for Developing a Pedagogical Worldview in Future Teachers

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of a professional-pedagogical worldview of future teachers. In particular, the authors discuss the pros and cons of a creative workshop developed on the basis of the study "Fundamentals of a New Pedagogy" (V. P. Vakhterov). Particular attention is paid to the specifics of those tasks that move from simple reproductive to complex productive features. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of a professional-pedagogical worldview by means of a creative workshop during the study of the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle are characterized and justified by the authors.
