In order to study the regulation of bone remodeling at the proteomic level in cosmonauts after long space flights, processes associated with significantly changing proteins have been determined. Chromatography-mass spectrometry and bioinformation resources methods were used for analysis of the blood proteome. It was revealed that resorption is the dominant process. Significantly changing proteins associated with the process of bone resorption are described: cystatin C, fetuin-A, fibronectin. The decrease in the concentrations of the main regulatory proteins of the resorption process indicates the incompleteness of the processes of readaptation of bone remodeling in the acute period after landing (1-7 days after the flight). The expediency of studying the dynamics of these markers, both in space flight and during the year after the flight, is substantiated. Prospects for verification of these proteins as inhibitors of bone resorption for their use in traumatology, orthopedics, recovery after prolonged physical inactivity, etc., are described.
