PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can perform injection simply at high probability and more in a thigh bone marrow cavity.SOLUTION: An injection method to a thigh bone marrow cavity is provided for puncturing a puncture needle substantially perpendicularly to the thigh bone marrow cavity of a non-human animal, and injecting liquid into the thigh bone marrow cavity through the puncture needle. Preferably, a puncture site of the puncture needle may be an embodiment being at least one kind selected from a femoral component, a medial condyle and a lateral condyle, the non-human animal may be the embodiment being a non-human immunodeficient animal, and the liquid may be the embodiment being at least any of a cell and a medicine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
