Driving Asset Integrity and Process Safety Consistency across a Multinational Organization

Mexichem is in the process of implementing world-class process safety management (PSM) and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) programs globally for their facilities. This is a major undertaking as Mexichem, to a large extent, has grown through acquisitions. Therefore, each plant has a safety culture and management system unique to that asset. As we all know, it’s difficult to drive global consistency when dealing with different types of operations in various regions throughout the world under differing regulatory regimes.
