摘要

The tread pattern has a great influence on the driving of the tire on the ice surface, and the different pattern of the tread has different friction coefficient when it travels on the icy road. A new test method to determine the friction behaviour of tire pattern rubber on an icy road was established based on a newly developed test for the tire rubber-icy road friction measurement. The friction test is presented in the continuous sampling test method of low slip velocity section; respectively at different slip velocity and temperature for different patterns on the surface of the rubber tire and the friction block of ice. And the test results of simulation analysis contact surface of the rubber ratio (the ratio of the total area of contact surface of the rubber contact surface) evaluation parameters, the friction coefficient evaluation pattern rubber are more scientific. The related rubber test research has an important engineering value for the study of the mechanical properties of the tires.
