Development of a stent-placed intravascular Doppler flowsensor

This paper describes the development of a flow-measuring system percutaneously placed and held inside an artery with a stent. The particular challenges of this application have led to a configuration and fabrication technique that may be useful in developing other high frequency flexible transducers.
