摘要

Image inpainting is a branch of digital image processing and also has become the hotspot in computer vision. In this paper a new method is presented to make the image inpainting. This method is based on bivariate interpolation by continued fractions, which provides an effective way to interpolate the neighbor pixels around the target region and then recover the target area. With this new method, experimental examples show that the method is easy and effective to inpaint the images.
