Recommend owner/operator carry out the design evaluation considering the changes needed, if any. If no changes are needed, recommend the design evaluation be maintained on board for consideration during ISM audits and g port State inspections. If modifications are needed, modification drawings are to be submitted to Engineering for review together with the design evaluation. All modifications are to be carried out in accordance with approved drawings/details to the satisfaction of the attending surveyor.
