Progress in DMFC Stack Development and System Integration at Forschungszentrum Julich

摘要

In this paper we focus on the newest developments in DMFC stack and system set-up at Forschungszentrum Julich.We decided to build up a mobile DMFC application to demonstrate the feasibility of small fuel cell driven vehicles.For these applications the required power demand is up to 1 kW and the installation space is less than 80 liters.The aim of the project is the improvement of the total cruising range of such vehicles in comparison with conventional battery technology.
