Increasing the production capacity of the clinker kiln operating by the dry process at Lixhe by changing the preheater, installation of a precalciner plant, and a gas bypass for combustion of as large a proportion of substitute fuels as possible has proved to be a success, and now exceeds the expectations that were placed on the original project.
