摘要

We have developed an ultrasonic micro-motor with a diameter of 8 mm and a thickness of 4.5 mm by simplifying the structure of the motor and the drive circuit by using self-oscillating circuit. This micro-motor is easy to mass-produce and use in watches with vibration alarms at a price similar to conventional watches.
