Integration density and limits of insulating ability in electronics

If we try to answer the question why we produce something or why somebody is ready to buy a product, the factors which most greatly affect the answer to this question are function, reliability, appearance and price - altogether user value (see Fig.1). As we cannot relate prices to economics and appearance to aesthetics, let us try to attempt to analyse some of the reliable function problems of electronic devices. There are many concepts for our needs and the scheme on Fig.2 can be useful.
