A Discussion on the Application Results and the Interpretation Methods of C/O Log

C/O logging has been used widely in Jilin Oilfield Administrative Bureau on 280 well in recent two years and has gained obvious results in water flooded interval interpretation of adjustment well, old well potential tapping and contact determination of oil, gas and water in new oil field. This paper focuses on a few logging cases by investigating the geology of C/O logging, discussing its interpretation methods and introducing their application results.
