The Mass attenuation coefficient has been measured for NbO_2 a Niobium Compound in the X-ray energy region from 18.9135 - 19.6573 keV. The X-ray (μ/ρ) mass attenuation coefficients of Niobium compound measured utilizing the facility of SR (Synchrotron Radiation) Source, Scanning EXAFS at Indus-2, Indore. Comparison between data, theoretically calculated values, and data of the obtained experimental values has done.
