A PDP as a colorimetric tool to investigate colour vision

Background We need to simulate a visual environment to study colour vision performance in the automotive context. This requires to have access to a simulator which achieves the colorimetric quality of any car display and which achieves a better performance than the observers. The requirements for the setup are: large visual field, spatial homogeneity, wide colour gamut, addressable equipment, short term reproductibility, long term stability, small colour difference steps, no colorimetric change with view angle (no polarized light) and manual controls rather than default controls.
