摘要

Hypothetical model of the relationship between High-tech industrial clusters' environment and talent flow intention is built with literature research, interview and analysis. The interview targets are picked in five high-tech industrial clusters in China. Through the application of exploratory factor analysis, ANOVA analysis and multiple regression analysis, the research result indicates that the industry clusters' living environment, economy environment and policy environment have significantly negative impact on the talent's flow intention. Location, corporation type, professional title and education have significantly direct impact on flow intention. Infrastructure environment, study environment and culture environment, gender and age have no significant impact on flow intention. The research result can provide theoretic suggestion for government to set attraction and retention policy of talent.
