During the reed contacts work, there occur the commutation failures at opening, called coherences. The relation between the numbers of operations, counted till the appearance of the first coherence and the appearance of the series 2~2 or 2~3 of successive coherences, was found on the experimental way. Using the sequential analysis we propose the method that gives us possibility of shortening of the contact s work time, during reliability testing.
