Development and Application of the Multi-project Management Information System Based on Web and Virtual Organization Manegement

Traditional Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) are developed mainly on the basis of the C/S (Client/Server) framework, and mostly focused on the single project, however, considering multi-project management and internet are becoming more and more popular, it is occurred to develop the Multi-project Management Information System on the basis of web and virtual organization. The B/S framework can be used to develop the web-based information system. Therefore, this paper proposed a development framework of B/S (Browser/ Server) for Multi-project and multi-organization Management Information System, and an example was illustrated subsequently.
