Feasibility Research on Loan Securitization of Innovative MSE in China

摘要

Researching the developing process of the loan securitization of medium and small-sized enterprises(MSE) of science and technology innovation in the developed countries, this paper analyzes their common mode, summarizes their good experiences and finally discusses how to use the loan securitization of medium and small-sized enterprises of science and technology innovation to facilitate medium and small-sized enterprises of science and technology innovation finance and financial development by micro-feasibility analysis combining true instance in our country.
