摘要

A transmission high energy electron diffraction study of thin films of nitrogen monoxide was performed in connection with the problem of the formation of equilibrium crystalline and amorphous states at low temperatures. The analysis is based on a comparison of two competitive factors: heat release associated with the condensation from the gas and heat removal. The phase diagram in the coordinates (the deposition temperature, film thickness) was constructed and discussed.
