In a ever changing world, the race to stay abreast technological, economic, global, and industry trends forces our workforce to be constantly educated. Many companies are redirecting the philosophy of their company to "view employees as an asset to be developed." The Personal Development Center (PDC) is usually the answer for all types of training. Therefore, employees can use the PDC as a resource to grow with continual changes, professional or personal. A successful PDC involves the employees from the idea of a PDC to implementation, and continually chages to the needs of the employees and organization. This session will cover how to plan and implement a PDC using actual case studies, sources of funding, advantages of a PDC, and how the PDC helps to improve the Employee Involvement Process. The basic objectives participants will gain from this sssion are as follows
