Preliminary Study on Reducing the Liver Lipid Content of Grass Carp

When the grass carp fed with feedstuff in a long time without grass, they may suffer from lipid liver degen-eration caused by deficiency, In order to find out nutritive elements for preventing and curing the lipid liver disease of grass carp. Four nutritive elements which affect on liver lipid metabolism were added into food. The contents of liver lipid at regular intervals were tested. The results were as follows: ginard ragent and choline chloide had a remprkable effect on reduing the content of the liver of grass carp. There is relationship between choline chloride and ginard reagent. Vitamin C and myoinistial had no apparent effect on the content of grass carp.
