The paper dealed with the response of adult shrimp to salinity in feeding, oxygen consumption, NH_3-N excretion and energy budget, The results showed that: (1) The shrimp in the water above 15 had poor appetite, or became exhausted gradually, so the adult of the shrimp lost their euryhaline feature possessed during their larual stages;
