摘要

Geometrical parameters of bolt are important factors that affect the fatigue strength of the bolted joint. Therefore, the authors have made selective measurements and statistical treatments from a large number of samples of five models of bolts by the way of project - analogue method. The analysis results indicate that the minor diameter d_1, the radius at the bottom of the thread r and the radius under the head of the bolt R are distributed according to the normal distribution. From the above conclusions, we the authors determine the distributive parameters. Hence, a sound basis is provided for the reasonable consideration of the geometrical effects and the formulation of the reliability index of the bolt in the reliability design for fatigue strength of the bolted joint.
