This speech is intended to take a look at the potential of using data strategically and tactically in the world of training. The Training world, in my humble view, is lagging other spheres in making use of data and is therefore not capitalising on the potential cost savings or the potential leverage that a human centred, data supported world could bring. The talk is meant to challenge and provide food for discussion and a possible insight to a future Training environment.
