The use of simulators for training enables teaching without incurring operational costs and without the inherent risks of the real scenario. However, for the evaluation of learning to be effective, it is necessary for the system to provide feedback about learner performance. The incorporation of Learning Analytics allows both the trainee and his instructor to analyze the results of the interactions within the simulation. In this article, the foundations available in the literature about the integration of Learning Analytics in Training Simulators have been studied. A review protocol has been defined and, based on the articles found, the previously asked research questions have been answered.
