An original design of a test bench for plunger hydrocylinders with energy recovery is proposed. The modeling and calculation of the hydraulic and mechanical systems of the stand was made. Noise phenomena of the hydraulic system of the bench were simulated. A theoretical assessment of the vibration that occurs in the elements of the system. An assessment is made of the level of arising noise to select constructive measures to reduce it. The main parameters of the test bench for the resource tests of RSM-10.09.02.100 plunger hydraulic cylinders were calculated, its main structural elements were designed and manufactured, and the test bench was assembled and prepared for experimental studies of the main operational properties, including issues concerning the working conditions of the stand operator.
