The US Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) is a health care service delivery model in the United States. It aims to use the market mechanism to integrate the resources of the US fragmented medical services to form a medical association with a certain scale effect to reduce costs and improve service quality. This paper summarizes the advantages and references of the American Medical Responsibility Organization through the method of literature review.
