For the past several years, the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater has emerged as an important issue. The removal of diclofenac (DCF), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, has attracted research attention due to its potential damage to the environment [1]. At wastewater treatment, DCF removal technologies are ineffective, while new removal technologies such as photocatalytic degradation producing a lot of by-products [2].
