If the procurement department reasonably determines the purchase volume and inventory level of equipment spare parts, balances inventory investment and guarantee a rate, it can use and plan support resources more scientifically. The article analyzes a multi-variety equipment joint ordering and inventory strategy and establishes a joint ordering model based on the optimal service life and purchase batch size. The total amount of discount strategy can be considered to ensure that the cost is minimized. Secondly, in order to facilitate the procurement work, the optimal procurement cycle was revised based on the second power strategy of Monte Carlo simulation, and the deviation error test of the optimal total cost was performed on the solution result. Finally, the combined ordering and inventory model is solved based on the case data, and the sensitive value analysis of the parameters is performed to verify the effectiveness of the model.
