1.Public information website to display real-time fence-line monitoring data and to inform and educate the public about airborne compounds near the LAR refinery complex including sign-up for real-time alert notifications. 2.Input and review with SCAQMD staff and health risk communications consultant on terminology and definitions related to air monitoring 3.Presentations to LAR Community Advisory Panel on each phase of development and implementation of system 4.Education booth at community event(s) and participation in SCAQMD public education workshops on Rule 1180 5.Spring 2020 Community Newsletter sent to 25,000 residents in Carson/Wilmington "Monitoring Air Quality at the Fence Line".
