摘要

Recruitment corruption makes people demand fair and objective hiring procedures. The development of IT technology has promoted the emergence of recruitment system based on AI which make interview conduct without human intervention. As companies can reduce costs and efforts through the AI recruitment system, more and more companies are using the system. As the result, the research for figuring out the user intention on the system is needed. We designed the research model to find factors affecting the intention to use of AI-based recruitment system utilizing constructs of TAM and TOE. Also the moderating effect by the number of employees in the corporation will be estimated.
