摘要

Volleyball Premier League is proposed to get optimal power and heat allocation of generators in thermal plant. It is inspired by antagonism and communication among volleyball teams during period. The efficacy of the algorithm has been demonstrated by implementing it on several standard test system and comparing obtained optimal results with other existing challenging algorithms like Evolutionary Programming (EP), Bee Colony Optimization (BCO), Real Coded Genetic Algorithm (RCGA) etc. The compared result shows the supremacy of the proposed algorithm.
