摘要

With the educational tourism in full swing, how to interpret the actual psychological feelings of individual students in the educational tourism during the participation process has become a major issue facing tourism companies and school organizations. This study uses role pressure as a mediating variable to explore the mechanism of tourist participation in educational tourism on tourist satisfaction, and uses confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing to test the model. The research results show that the tourist participation will lead to the appearance of role pressure. In addition, role pressure (role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload) plays a mediating role in the influence of tourist participation on tourist satisfaction, and the result belongs to complete mediation. Based on role theory, this research explores the internal relationship of tourists participating in tourist satisfaction, and further enhances the existing understanding. Besides, this research provides suggestions for school administrators and tourism business operators in the management of educational tourism.
