高校教师能力模型构建研究——基于探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析

     

摘要

The competency of higher education teachers is the key influential factor of promoting the performance of higher education teachers. On the basis of the research on the competency and competency models home and abroad, this paper aims at building a competency model of higher education teachers properly and scientifically by the means of Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmative Factor Analysis. The final research results that skills, knowledge and thought, value, traits and team spirits are the 5 factors. The illustration of these components gives some suggestions on such human resource management practice as recruitment, training, performance management to the universities.%  高校教师能力是高校教师绩效水平提高的关键影响因素。本文在国内外已有的关于能力和能力模型构建研究的基础上,通过验证性因子分析和探索性因子分析,对高校教师能力模型进行科学合理的构建,得出高校教师的能力由技巧、知识和思维、价值观、特质、团队合作精神五个维度构成。通过对高校教师能力构成的全面解读,为我国高校人力资源管理实践(如甄选、培训、绩效管理等)提出了有针对性的建议。
