Heritage management and conservation is one of the challenges facing society today. The management and conservation model has evolved in recent years thanks to technological evolution. When carrying out a heritage conservation project, there are fundamental elements for a correct development, one is the geometry of the element and the other is the conceptualization of the project from the geometry. In the last decade, techniques have been developed that allow architectural surveys of buildings and infrastructures with a high level of detail. Among the techniques mentioned are terrestrial photogrammetry and terrestrial laser scanners, both with the ability to generate a high-precision, high-resolution 3D metric model. The 3D model obtained sows the geometric base for the development of a conservation or intervention project using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. By means of the execution of a project the management of the information of the data obtained with terrestrial laser scanner is studied for its later modeling in the software BIM Autodeskt Revit, applied to the mode-side of two cloths of wall in the cities of Caceres and Badajoz for the management and conservation of the patrimony.
