The paper carried on the special studies on the process technology, in terms of low adhesion and poor resistance to salt fog corrosion of low temperature moulded conductive rubber radar box cover (conductive rubber cover)-a new product for the military products supporting. The formula of conductive rubber was optimized by orthogonal test. Simultaneously, the formula of primer and the spraying process were improved. The result showed that the adhesion between the conductive rubber and cover was improved significantly by adopting the above technology. After the push-pull test, there was no peeling phenomenon within 2 minutes when the thrust was 5N. After 96 hours salt fog test and shielding effectiveness test, the resistance to salt fog corrosion meet the requirements of military customers completely.
