The functional structure of a computer system of synthesis and the analysis of vestibule-vegetative resistance to motion sickness of operators of moving devices by types of providing is presented in the article. A kernel of a computer system is the library of empirical mathematical models allowing physiologists and clinical physicians to investigate dynamics of temperature reaction of skin during the period and after influence of vestibular loading. At the first stage of work of an algorithm of a system degree of resistance to a motion sickness, and then, on the basis of base of production rules is defined, the computer system issues recommendations about the choice of the most effective medicinal antimotion sickness to sleep remedy taking into account degree of vestibule-vegetative stability. Practical use of a computer system allows on the outlined tendency of vestibular indicators to predict their further dynamics, without leading up surveyed before impassioned vestibule-vegetative reaction and also allows defining degree of resistance of operators to a motion sickness that prevents deterioration in operator functions.
