PREFACE to Third International Conference of Mathematical Sciences (ICMS 2019)

The International Conference of Mathematical Sciences 2019 (ICMS 2019) was scheduled to take place at Maltepe University, Istanbul, Turkey between September 4-8, 2019. The aim of the conference is to bring together leading scientists of the international Mathematical Sciences community and attract researchers to present their original high quality research manuscripts. The following eleven special sessions were paralelly taken place after the plenary talks in the Third International Conference of Mathematical Sciences (ICMS 2019) Maltepe University, Istanbul-Turkey.
