MEDICIS-Promed: an Innovative Training Network for a new generation of professionals in nuclear medicine

MEDICIS-Promed is an Innovative Training Network supported by the European Commission Marie Sklodowska-Curie program within Horizon2020. It directly supports 11 doctoral students, completed by 4 doctoral students from Swiss partner institutions, in all fields covering the production, handling, and use of radioisotopes for nuclear medicine and hadron therapy. Their research on novel medical radioisotopes is supported by a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of the research topics as well as providing them with an understanding of how to integrate and transfer their knowledge for entrepreneurship, institutional support, and widespread communication. The training is open to any participant interested in sharing the experience offered within the MEDICIS-Promed network.
