Minor and Junior Oil Companies Problems in Russia

摘要

This paper focuses on the development of minor and Junior oil companies in the Russian exploration industry,based on the results of an initiative research project implemented in 2019-2020.Within the framework of this project,a sociological study was conducted,in which 15 representatives of Junior businesses,government,science,and the expert community were interviewed using the in-depth interview method.The identified problems determined the configuration of the offers and the formula for their solution.The purpose of the work is to conduct a set of proposals for the development of the Junior players in the oil and gas sector of Russia,describing specific steps for the Junior business growth.
