This paper represents the principles of the dual-mode pressure transducers based on the piezoresonant sensors with modulated interelectrode gap, considers the experimental study results of the characteristics of piezoresonant pressure transducer based on quartz crystal, which is excited at the basic and additional (anharmonic) modes of oscillation.
