The article describes a study of the interaction between constant magnetic field and magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (NP) in human tissue mimicking breast phantom with tumor. The presence of phantom without NP reduces the intensity of the magnetic field by 40% as opposed when NP located into phantom the intensity of the magnetic field increases approximately by 20%. The dependence between constant magnetic field and ferromagnetic NP is well described by physical model. Thus, during use of constant magnetic field necessary personalize magnetic parameters in technology of magnetic antitumor therapy.
