An antibody recruitingmolecule (ARM),consists of atarget binding terminus (TBT)and an antibody bindingterminus (ABT),has ability torecruit natural antibody to targetpathogens.In this study,wedesigned the glycan based ARMagainst influenza virus.We useddendrimeric sialyl glycan1 asTBT and dendrimeric α-gal asABT,2 respectively.Formationof dendrimers can enhancebinding affinity by multivalenceeffect.
