Economic Patriotism in Cities and Villages: Differentiating and Integrating Features

In this article, the authors share some of the research data obtained by the Irkutsk State University laboratory of psychological, economic and cross-cultural studies workers. There is an analysis of the differentiating and integrating features of economic patriotism in villages and cities. A characteristic of the population's life values is given, judgments about patriotism are analyzed, the relationship between man and nature is revealed, and options for the outpouring of patriotism are considered both in large geographical settlements and in small villages. The main goal of the research is the identification of improvement mechanisms in the field of interethnic relations and intercultural interaction considering territorial characteristics. This article contains data from several studies on these projects of scientific foundations in the Russian cities of Abakan, Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Kyzyl, Tomsk, Ulan-Ude, Chita, Yakutsk. The total number of respondents was about 2000 people.
