Preface: XVI International Conference on Luminescence and Laser Physics Devoted to the 100~(th) Anniversary of Irkutsk State University

摘要

This Conference Proceedings volume contains the written versions of some of the contributions presented during the Sixteenth International Conference on Luminescence and Laser Physics. It took place at the Arshan village in Buryatiya Republic July 2-7, 2018. Three institutions participated in the organization of the Conference: Irkutsk Branch of Institute of Laser Physics, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences; Irkutsk State University and Vinogradov Institute of Geochemistry, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
