Numerical calculations of an off-axis donor in a quantum ribbon under the presence of crossed electric and magnetic fields were performed. A particular ribbon with non-uniform height and very large base radius-to-height aspect ratio was considered. The corresponding Schr?dinger equation has been solved by using adiabatic and exact diagonalization procedures. A quenching of Aharanov-Bohm oscillation patterns were observed. Nevertheless, the presence of an electric field can restore these oscillations or strengthen even more the appearance of a greater number of localized states.
