The article examines the experience of using and designing bicycle paths based on the experience of Finland, since in European cities the bicycle has long been an alternative to travel on a par with public transport. In addition, both in Europe and around the world, micro-mobile systems are actively developing, which require the development of additional control systems. The types of design of bicycle paths and the requirements for the design of the bicycle infrastructure of megacities are considered in detail. The stages of planning and designing bicycle infrastructure are considered. Based on the analysis of the section of interest, a model of creating a bicycle path by partially narrowing the roadway and reducing the intensity of automobile traffic is presented. In addition, the necessary analytical information is provided. Practical examples of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and methods of their application in the design of bicycle paths are given.
